I teach library and information science with a focus on research skills and library management. I have previously worked as a librarian in Germany and the UK, serving communities as diverse as 🐧 polar explorers and 📖 book historians. My academic background is in literature, art and media studies (BA), linguistics (MA, PhD) and library and information science (MA).

💭 Interests

Special collections data

🧑‍💻 I am interested in the challenges of managing bibliographic data and research data infrastructures for early modern prints and other special collections. Much of my work and research in that area has been in collaboration with the Consortium of European Research Libraries (CERL). Below are some resources from my previous work with CERL:

💬 My linguistic research (2012-17) was mostly on counterfactual donkey sentences, with a small paper on soft presuppositions.
